Try Stir fry!

I love stir frying. It is super easy, quick and healthful. Stir frying is simply a cooking technique like baking or sauteing. It is the act of cooking over a high heat stirring continuously. Forget about the traditional Asian ingredients, almost anything can be stir fried. I use a basic combination of 3 part veggies to one part protein. It can be served straight up or over rice, pasta or any other grain.

 1/2 c tomato sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lb pasta or rice

parmesan cheese

Heat up wok with 2 TBSP of olive oil on high heat. Add sausage and cook for about 3-5 min stirring constantly and remove from wok. Add broccoli and bell pepper cook for a minute then add zucchini, garlic and salt/pepper to taste cook for another 3-6 minutes until desired tenderness.
